By using sanchezhaulco.com or requesting a quote or service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Sanchez Junk & Haul Co., located in the Downriver / Metro Detroit area of Michigan.

Our services

We provide junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services. Descriptions and starting prices on this website are for general information. The final price for any job depends on the volume, weight, access, and type of material, and is confirmed in the quote we give you before we begin work.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. We confirm pricing on-site before starting. You are not obligated to proceed until you accept a quote. We accept the payment methods we communicate to you at the time of service.

Scheduling and cancellations

We do our best to arrive within scheduled windows, but times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by calling or texting 313-348-3325.

What we can and can't take

We remove most household, garage, basement, construction, and yard materials. Certain hazardous materials (for example, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, or other regulated waste) may be restricted by law and we may be unable to accept them. We do not provide dirt removal or hot tub removal. If you're unsure about an item, just ask.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the items to be removed or are authorized to have them removed, and that you've told us about anything hazardous. Please ensure safe access to the items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items you ask us to remove that you later wish you'd kept.

Liability

We are licensed and insured and take care on every job. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
