Information you give us. When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or area, a description of the job, and any photos you choose to upload. We use this solely to respond to your request and provide our services.

Like most websites, our site and its providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working, secure, and improving.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise our services on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that helps us measure the results of our ads and reach people who may be interested in our services. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as the pages you view, actions you take (for example, submitting a quote request), your IP address, and device/browser information, and it may set cookies.

This information is shared with Meta and used for ad measurement and optimization (including showing you relevant ads and not showing you ads you've already acted on). • Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
• Cloudflare — domain, DNS, and security/performance.
• Meta Platforms — advertising and the Meta Pixel.
• Google Fonts — website typography.
When you submit a form, the details are delivered to us by email and may be stored in our customer tools so we can follow up with your quote.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your quote and contact requests; schedule and perform our services; communicate with you about your job; keep the website secure and working; understand and improve our marketing; and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We keep quote and customer information only as long as needed to provide our services, follow up with you, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements — typically a few years — after which we delete or anonymize it. Technical logs are kept for shorter periods by our providers.
